Girls flag football is the fastest-growing high school sport in California, and it's brand new to Kern County — which means we need officials now to help launch it right. Get in on the ground floor of an exciting sport.
Flag football officials work games under NFHS rules, managing a fast, non-contact game built around pulling flags instead of tackling. Because the sport is new to the area, this is a great time to start — you'll learn the rules and mechanics from the beginning right alongside the programs themselves, with training and mentorship provided.
